Hello Friends,

I am a wife to an amazing husband, mother of two energetic boys, and Jesus follower. I’m a Texan with Illinois roots. I say both “Y’all” and “You guys” to represent both of my geographical homes in the US. However, pieces of my heart are all over the world where I’ve been blessed with traveling to.

I love words and write to encourage others. I believe in the power of transparency. I believe in the power of prayer. I believe in the power of God’s redemptive love through Christ. I believe in strategically placed sarcasm.

On any given day, you might find me speaking, writing, blogging, creating parody videos, chasing after my boys, enjoying quality time with my husband, finding a new way to serve Him, or trying to find what t-shirt looks best with my yoga pants.
